Le Poème

Overruled by an opportunity
The flow just swept in me
Recreated my inner sketch
To reappear in a speed stretch

I just flee from the riddance
Threw some stones of essence
In the very bowl of life
Spilling fluid from the hive

Couldn’t comfort myself
Can’t stay off the shelf
Can’t resume my rhythm
Keep on picking on

Lost in a temper
Couldn’t remember
The savor of an island
Where I could stand

Where I could strain
Halt the refrain
Persuade my ego
To surf the blow

While it lasts
Until the final blast
Regain the bestial clash
Ride the celestial slash

Install the needed rungs
Calm down my tongue
Fret apart the motion
Step inside the vocation

Beside the very notion
Of abstention
Submerged in an ocean
Of true emotion
