Sad is the time
Spent away from
You,
Thinking of times
Spent in firm embraces.
Sad are the songs
I sing for you
When you are being drawn
Away.
Lonely,
Hoping to find you
Waiting aimlessly
I try to write
New songs
That tell of our love
Now gone.
The words never match
The mood !
The feelings…
Unexplained !
Lonely
And sad,
I seem to love
You
More.
